The City Clerk Division is dedicated to preserving the City's official records and maintaining and providing accurate and timely information to meet the needs of the community and City departments.   The current Council meeting packet is posted on the Friday preceding each Tuesday meeting.  

The City  Clerk is the Public Records Officer.  Full details of the CIty's public records request process can be found on the Public Records Requests page.

The City Clerk is also the registered agent for the City, and as such, any claim against the City is filed in the Clerk's office.  Submit a Presentation of Claim form if you wish to file a claim for damage.
