Design Standards - Commercial

The Kennewick City Council at their meeting of July 5, 2006 adopted Ordinance No. 5150 which incorporated Design Standards for commercial design into Chapter 18.97 of the Kennewick Municipal Code.  In 2007 the City’s zoning code, KMC 18, was updated.  The Commercial Design standards chapter was changed from 18.97 to 18.78 (Ord. 5180; May 1, 2007).
