Design Standards – Multi Family Residential

The Kennewick City Council at their meeting of August 17, 2004 adopted Ordinance No. 5056 which incorporated Design Standards for multi-family residential into Chapter 18.96 of the Kennewick Municipal Code.

In 2007 the City’s zoning code, KMC 18, was updated.  The Residential Design standards chapter was changed from 18.96 to 18.75 (Ord. 5180; May 1, 2007).  The setback and residential street landscape requirements were revised in the Residential Design Standards manuals through Resolution 07-32 (November 20, 2007).  These revisions were made to reflect the newly updated zoning code  (Ord. 5204; November 20, 2007).
