The City of Kennewick offers grants and loans for housing, human services, neighborhood improvements, economic development and public improvement activities.   Funding comes from a combination of Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the HOME Investment Partnership Program and other grant sources that may be available to the City.   For a more detailed description of the CDBG & HOME program, please refer to the Consolidated Plan
