Kennewick Senior Center - Building Rental                                                                                              

The Kennewick Senior Center is located at 500 South Auburn, situated in Keewaydin Park.  The non-smoking building is available for rent from 8 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on Saturdays only.  This location is ideal for wedding receptions, anniversary parties, holiday celebrations, and other special events.

The 7,000 square foot building has a capacity of 360 individuals for an event, which includes a hardwood dance floor , a dining room, and an acitivity room.  Tables, chairs, and a refrigerator, are available for use during a rental, but there are no kitchen facilities.  Equipment or supplies such as coffee pots, extension cords, utensils, ice, tablecloths, cups, etc. are not provided.  The renter is responsible for providing their own equipment and supplies, as well as cleaning supplies.

There is no alcohol allowed in or around any City of Kennewick facility, including the Kennewick Senior Center, and the use of any open flame is prohibited.  This includes the burning of candles.
