The Finance Division is responsible for the accounting, treasury functions,
budgeting, reporting and fiscal controls of the City, including the
water/sewer utility. Other functions of the Accounting section include
general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts, receivable,
local improvement district accounting, bonded debt, grant accounting and fixed assets.
