Inclement Weather:  If the Recreation Depts. cancel, teams will not be notified until after 4:00 p.m.  Late spring /early summer storms may pass quickly so games will not be cancelled until the last minute.  Sometimes storms will arrive after business hours.  Please go by the following format.

        After 4:30 p.m. . . . Call the hotline at 585-4406, or:

              T-ball and 7/8 Teams:   May call one another to see if you want to cancel

9/10, 11/12, and Adult Teams:  Umpires will determine if the field is playable.  If an umpire does not show up, then the coaches will need to determine to cancel or not.
