Home of the Washington State University Master Gardeners Demonstration Garden.  Also boasts a regulation size outdoor in-line hockey court, playground, restroom facilitiy, aquatic splash feature, picnic shelter, basketball and tennis courts, ball field backstop and a 1 mile asphalt walking path on 26 acres.  Adjacent to Mid-Columbia Library.  The Highlands Grange Building is also located in this park and is available for rental, call (509) 585-4293 for additional information.
