The Purchasing Division is responsible for the procurement needs of all City Departments within the guidelines of State law and local Policy. All purchases are covered by our standard terms and conditions and the requirements issued with the quote/bid/proposal request. Procurements or contracts over $2,500 require issuance of a Purchase Order.
